Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
There are no late fees, but realize that running late gives your esthetician less time to pamper you and you will be charged fully for the service that was booked in the amount of time that was blocked off. However, if your appointment time is booked for 60 mins and you are 30 mins late, you WILL be charged 50% of the service, and will more than likely not be serviced.
